        * 會議室租用單位時間為半天(連續4小時);申請方在展期內租用會議室的,如租用時間在會展場地合同租用時間以外的,將按規定收取相應加班費用。
        Unit of meeting room rent is half-day(4 consecutive hours); overtime costs will be charged accordingly for renting outside the period specified in the exhibition space renting contract..
        * 會議室及貴賓室內家具、設施禁止移動、禁止任意張貼及懸掛。
        Posting, hanging or removing the furniture in the meeting rooms or VIP rooms are not allowed.
        *會議室如有自帶設備需求,申請方應至少提前7個工作日向展館提交書面自帶設備申請,供展館審核。
        In case of need for bringing additional equipments into meeting room, application shall be made to the center at least 7 days in advance for review.
        * 12、17號會議室共用一套立式音響、2個有線話筒。
        Meeting Room 12 and 17 share one set of stereo system and 2 wired microphone.
        * 如需使用基本配置以外的設施設備,申請方應另行預定,并按規定支付相應費用。
        In case of need for additional devices in addition to the standard configuration, prior reservation and payment of corresponding costs are required for applicant .
        * 申請預訂上述服務項目的訂單須至少與進館前7個工作日提交展館,逾時增加或取消訂單均視為現場服務訂單,F場服務訂單提交后需經過項目協調員確認現場服務可提供后方視為訂單提交成功,同時將加收30% 的加急費用。展 館保留拒絕受理逾時訂單的權利。進館前3個工作日取消訂單退還原租賃價格的50%費用,此后取消均視為現場取消訂單,現場取消訂單將不退還租賃費用。
        Application for services listed above must be submitted to authority of exhibition center at least 7 working days prior to move-in date; Order added or cancelled after the specified deadline will be deemed as on-site service order. On-site service order will only be deemed successfully submitted after confirmation of availability of on-site service by project coordinator, and a surcharge of 30% is required. Exhibition center reserves the right to reject orders not submitted in time. 50% of rent will be refunded if cancelled 3 working days prior to move-in date. Cancellation of order after this deadline will be deemed as on-site order cancellation, with no cost to be refunded.
        * 如因不可抗力因素造成會議室辦公室無法使用及其他后果和損失,上海東浩會展經營有限公司不承擔任何責任。
        In case of unavailability of meeting rooms and offices, or any other consequences or losses arising therefrom due to force majeure, SWEECC shall not assume any liabilities.
